Job Description:
- Conduct routine inspection of all estate structures including model units, sales pavilion, gates, guardhouses, spine road, and landscaped zones.
- Monitor the cleanliness, functionality, and visual appeal of the site.
- Coordinate with janitorial, landscaping, and maintenance providers for upkeep work.
- Responsible for security and gate management.
- Monitor performance of on-site service contractors and report concern or delays.
- Ensure timely execution of scheduled maintenance and minor repair works.
- Prepare regular reports on estate conditions, asset status, and repair needs.
- Support to project and sales team.
- Assist in preparing site for events or marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or any related technical field.
- With minimum of 5 years of experience in estate or facility management, property upkeep, or construction site coordination.
- Preferably with experience in horizontal residential developments or mixed-use communities.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Lipa City, Batangas.
