Objective of the Role
To provide high-level administrative support to the lead broker and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across rentals and sales. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage calendars, coordinate transactions, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Appointment Management: Organize and maintain schedules for the lead broker
- Client Correspondence: Draft and manage professional communications with clients and customers
- Document Preparation: Prepare leases and board application packages
- Database Management: Maintain and update contact and lead lists
- Transaction Coordination: Support real estate transactions from start to finish
- Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives including collateral creation and social media
- General Support: Provide administrative assistance across rentals and sales operations
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of administrative/office experience in a corporate setting
- Proven tenure with previous employer (3+ years preferred)
