Qualification:
Graduate of bachelor’s degree
Experience Minimum of 2 years related experience
Computer literate
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving and decision-making skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues.
Organizes meetings and booking meeting rooms.
Makes travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries.
Takes dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently.
Other duties maybe assigned as deemed necessary by the manager.
