We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant to join our Taxation Services team. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team members and clients, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and accounting, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uses and applies knowledge of technical concepts, processes, products, and services to tasks within own area of responsibility.
- Independently identifies and resolves basic technical problems or issues in own area of responsibility.
- Learns about the issues affecting own role and business unit as a result of working within an independent public accounting firm.
- Follows the Firms administrative policies and practices; plans, organizes, performs work, and completes assignments on a timely basis and in a form suitable for review.
- Provides clients with quality service; respects and maintains the confidentiality of all matters.
- Manages relationships with clients. Implements an agreed client relationship management program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any business-related field, and accounting.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a corporate set-up.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate.
Location: Makati
Setup: Hybrid (typically 2-3x onsite per week), Dayshift schedule
