- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to compose professional correspondence and handle confidential communications with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Skilled in creating executive-level presentations and reports.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong accuracy in document preparation, data entry, and calendar management.
- Maintains a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to handle unexpected situations or changes calmly and efficiently.
- Presentable, courteous, and maintains a polished demeanor in a corporate setting.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willing to be assigned to the Makati office (with staff house provided, if applicable).
- Flexible and willing to take on varied administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
- Proficient in managing executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
