The position is responsible for ensuring the attainment of the sales territory’s objectives in sales, distribution, merchandising, and collection within the approved budgeted sales expense. This will be achieved by:
- Adequately and effectively training, motivating, directing, spot-auditing, appraising, and rewarding the assigned sales force.
- Properly implementing and monitoring sales, distribution, trade development, collection, merchandising, and market hygiene plans and activities within the unit.
- Analyzing and accurately interpreting sales statistics and other market information.
- Providing timely and sufficient feedback to the Operations Manager to support strategic decision-making.
The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive performance and maintain operational excellence within the assigned territory.
