We’re one of the first cloud kitchens in Manila and have served 1M+ meals through digital-only brands - and we’re only getting started. We’re looking for bright, passionate folks to help us change the way Filipinos eat!
What we’re looking for
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from a reputable institution.
- At least 5 years of solid work experience in an accountant role, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Tagalog).
- Proficient with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and/or Microsoft product counterparts.
- Knowledgeable about local tax laws (corporate income tax, VAT) and required tax filings.
- Knowledgeable in Excel including formulas such as lookups, etc.
- Willing to work onsite in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience using Xero or Quickbooks is an advantage.
- Holds an active CPA license.
- In-depth understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
- Past experience handling permit renewals and other compliance-related documents.
What you’ll be doing
- Prepare and analyze regular financial reports: income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Provide recommendations to the CEO and senior management based on insights learned from said financial reports.
- Implement internal controls to ensure consistent financial performance and alert management of anomalies.
- Conduct internal audits to investigate financial anomalies and rectify them, especially as it relates to store inventories.
- Process required compliance-related documents and permits as needed.
- Act as thought partner to the CEO and senior management as it relates to financial performance, internal controls, and other accounting decisions.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to improve business performance and resource allocation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
