Overview:
Menarco Development Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our finance team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting, finance, and business operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. As an Accounting Intern, you will support the accounting department in a range of tasks and learn the ins and outs of financial reporting, record-keeping, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Financial Record Keeping: Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledgers.
- Invoice Processing: Help with the processing of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Financial Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Data Entry: Ensure the accuracy and timely entry of accounting data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Reconciliation Support: Assist in reconciling bank accounts, credit card transactions, and vendor accounts.
- Audit Assistance: Provide support for internal and external audits by gathering and organizing necessary documentation.
- Tax Filing Support: Assist with preparation for tax filings by compiling relevant financial information and reports.
- General Administrative Tasks: Provide clerical and administrative support as needed within the accounting department.
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php300.00 per day
