DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains and organizes records of transactions, receipts and supporting documents
- Supports monthly and year-end closing activities
- Monitors due dates and assists in scheduling of payments
- Monitors and records inventory movements and asset updates
- Assists in petty cash disbursements and replenishment
- Assists in preparing purchase requests and documentation
- Performs any and all other jobs and tasks given by the Dept. Head
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in general finance or accounting support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
