Job Opening: Front Office Staff
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Front Office Staff to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy providing excellent guest experiences, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the hotel
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
- Submit daily sales report to accounting department
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in front office or customer service is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Communicate clearly with guests using basic English
