The Escalation Team is made up of Fulfilment and Business Operations Analysts and System Specialists from around the world. Our team is a one stop shop, supporting Dynata on all aspects of quote to cash flow.
The Escalation Team plays a vital role in building a foundation of success for Dynata, from checking project setups and advising on ways to maximize fulfilment, to working with the software product teams, identifying and escalating bugs and supporting new software enhancement releases, or analyzing and reporting on trends in traffic Escalations to the business.
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in an IT or Business related discipline and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 years' experience working with nexus/BOS
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Market Research industry
- Strong understanding of the Quote to Cash flow
- Great attitude and willingness to help others
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (out of the box thinking)
- Affinity with Technology and a willing/eagerness to learn
- An understanding of our Panel/Supply landscape and recruitment process is a plus
- An understanding of Databases and Query language (SQL) is a plus
- Able and willing to work on flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and night shifts to support North America, Europe and APAC time zones.
As a Fulfillment Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for providing operational application support to the end-users of the main production software and processes used within Dynata.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide support on all our 'Quote to Cash' applications to end users, working collaboratively with various internal teams (Transformation team and future process improvements/enhancements, Developers, Engineers, Panel teams, etc)
- Answer, evaluate and prioritize incoming application support requests from end users of the production software used within Dynata.
- Provide support to the Voice Services (CATI) staff and working collaboratively with internal teams.
- Collaborate on the creation and execution of change management plans, including communication to global users of various applications
- Analyze escalation data to identify potential trends and opportunities for improved efficiency at the individual project and corporate levels
- Guide and support the regional Delivery teams to maximize their project(s) fulfilment and optimize quote to cash, including Dynata’s neXperts
- Cross functional liaison between departments to address system issues and outages
- Develop and maintain User Guides and related support content
- Utilize queries in SQL and Snowflake to pull information from the database
- Handle additional responsibilities as required.
