- Handle the procurement of goods and services;
- Undertake materials/supplies inventories;
- Process billings, import permits, AEPs of expats;
- Submit related reports;
- Facilitate business trips requirements;
- Handle contract reviews;
- Coordination with building admin on related matters;
- Oversee the coordination of company activities
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree / any 4-year course
Special trainings/competencies:
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Knowledge of MS office, particularly in excel
- Experience in PEZA-related transactions
Personal skills:
- Attention to details; team worker
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Above average communication skills
Working experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in administration and purchasing role
Work Schedule:
Hybrid, Mon-Fri (08:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Flexi) (office 3x per week)
