Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, claims, and policy information.
- Process medical claims, billing, and insurance verification accurately.
- Assist members, providers, or clients with healthcare-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other data privacy regulations.
- Document all transactions and interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address escalations and complex cases.
- Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- at least a SHS graduate
- Minimum of 6 months of call center experience
- amenable to work onsite in Mactan Newtown, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
- up to 23K salary package
