Job Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with the medical insurance company and client for the day-to-day administration of Health Plan and Insurance Coverage.
-Process Letters of Authorization (LOA) efficiently and accurately.
-Coordinate medical diagnosis and laboratory procedures.
-Ensure proper sequencing of diagnoses before laboratory procedures.
2. Be flexible to adapt to the changing requirements of our different patients and provide call-handling and services coordination.
3. Ensure correct documentation and instructions are provided to the patients.
4. Give proper orientation to patients/clients on eligibility status and status of authorizations and referrals.
5. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

6. Amenable to learning about the procedures used by the Healthcare Management Organization (insurance).
7. Good in scheduling, listening, coordination, and teamwork
8. Must possess good administrative skills
9. Able to work across multiple cross-functional groups to accomplish shared goals.
10. Capability to solve problems
11. Basic telephone skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
12. Ability to properly and articulately explain complex instructions
13. Being able to quickly assess information
14. Comfortable with relevant computer programs
15. Familiar with customer service guidelines and procedures.
16. Willing to be trained.
Qualifications:
17. College graduate in a medical allied course (e.g., BS Biology, BS Psychology, Nursing, Caregiver,Midwifery, Radiologic Technology, Medical Technology, Medical Science,Pharmacy).
18. Second-year students in a medical allied course are also encouraged to apply.

20. Fresh graduates (any course) with 6 months to 1 year experience in HMO Account.
21. Knowledge in medical procedures and diagnosis is desirable, but not required.
