HR Admin Specialist
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Psychology or related discipline
2. Knowledgeable and with at least 1 year experience in HR, Recruitment and Onboarding
3. Familiar with HRIS
4. Amenable to work in Pajac, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborates with requesting departments on their recruitment needs
2. Sources applicants through various platforms such as Job Portals, Social Media, and Agencies.
3. Conducts initial interviews and communicates to requesting department for next level interviews and performs background check of applicant.
4. Prepares and ensures the necessary documentation for employee onboarding and immersion and conducts the New Employee Orientation.
5. Facilitates the offboarding process (Exit Interview, Clearance of Accountabilities)
6. Prepares the following weekly reports such as recruitment update, manpower plantilla, etc.,
7. Partners with departments for job description archiving and updating.
8. Monitors performance evaluations.
9. Abide with the company rules and regulations as deemed.
10. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the superior.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
