Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and process-oriented HR Analytics & Organizational Development Specialist to support workforce insights, organizational effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience in HR data interpretation, and a solid understanding of problem-solving methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools.
This role bridges HR analytics, problem-solving, and organizational development, enabling the business to make evidence-based decisions and build high-performing teams.
Your Responsibilities:
HR Analytics & Workforce Insights
- Analyze attrition, retention, workforce trends, and organizational data to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and data reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Generate data-driven recommendations to support strategic HR planning and business decisions.
Organizational Development
- Conduct organization and workforce structure analysis to identify performance and process gaps.
- Recommend and implement OD solutions focused on organizational efficiency, team dynamics, and role alignment.
- Partner with business units on org design, team development, and performance enablement initiatives.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other structured problem-solving tools and techniques to improve HR and organizational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (especially operations and engineering) to identify and resolve root causes of workforce and organizational challenges.
- Support culture-building around continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Capability Building & Training
- Design and deliver training programs focused on technical or process-based skills, especially in support of engineering or quality teams.
- Track training impact and recommend enhancements using data analysis and feedback loops.
What our Client is Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR analytics, organizational development, or continuous improvement.
- Prior exposure to manufacturing, semiconductor, or electronics industries
- Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other visualization/reporting platforms.
- Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured problem-solving and process improvement frameworks.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams, especially in operational and technical functions.
