JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR files.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and preparation of employment documents.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as responding to employee inquiries and preparing reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in HR or related roles (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Cainta, Rizal.
