What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including processing employee records, maintaining HR databases and filing systems
- Assist with the coordination and execution of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee information updates
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of HR-related training and development programs
- Respond to employee inquiries and guide on HR-related matters
- Participate in the organisation and coordination of company events and activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective HR service delivery
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR or administrative support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of relevant HR laws, regulations, and best practices is desirable
- Willing to work in Santa Maria Bulacan and start ASAP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
