ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:
- Provide administrative support for Management and HR employees
- Provide Management business needs and requests
- Attend weekly meetings with Management for operation updates
- Schedule and organize appointments; takes minutes during departmental meetings.
- Book meeting rooms requests
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
- Receive and distribute office mail.
- Request for company’s bills and fees payments (utility bills, retainer fees, outlet monthly rentals, etc)
HUMAN RESOURCE TASKS:
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Post job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
- Screening, testing and interviewing applicants
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Create reports for Management
- Assist in benefits administration
- Perform other tasks as may deemed necessary
