HR ASSISTANT
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience Minimum of 1-year related experience in Recruitment End to end process and other HR facets
- Computer literate
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledgeable using Canva or Adobe Photoshop
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process the accreditation for PESO and Job Fair event
- Attending any LRA and Municipality Job Fair
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source candidates, Screen resumes applications and Conduct interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage job postings
- Track recruitment metrics
- Other duties will be assigned by HR Manager
