A. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin Department. Duties include but are not limited to the following areas administration, organizational development, employment, employee relations, orientation and training benefits, payroll, compensation.
B. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts end to end recruitment process.
- Prepares Job ads and postings.
- Maintain Records and 201 Filing.
- Provide administrative support for General Office, HR and Operations as needed.
- Organize Employee engagements, trainings, and wellness programs.
- Perform other HR - related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
C. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Outlook), Excel (formulas and standardizing data)
- Ability to maintain focus and practice agility in prioritizing daily workload.
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
D. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related courses.
- At least 1-year experience in Human Resources and Admin, or equivalent
- Can work with minimal supervision.
