- Must have a Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related course
- With atleast 6 months of experience in the same field
- Preferably with experience in handling payroll and other HR functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledgeable in using MS office and related business and communication tools
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Has knowledge in various HR functions and administrative tasks.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time
- Willing to be assigned in Naga City
