Job Description
- Assist in recruiting for retail and corporate roles: post job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters.
- Support smooth onboarding and offboarding of store associates and office staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and databases (digital and physical).
- Coordinate training sessions, compliance courses, and development programs for store staff.
- Respond to day-to-day HR inquiries from store managers and team members.
- Help manage attendance records, PTO tracking, and retail scheduling compliance.
- Support benefits administration and respond to employee benefits questions.
- Assist with employee engagement programs, store incentives, recognition, and internal events.
- Help prepare regular HR reports for management, including turnover, recruitment, and compliance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience in a retail or customer-facing environment(preferred)
- Knowledge of retail labor laws, scheduling policies, and HR compliance requirements.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft/Canva, excellent organizational/time-management skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to multitask.
