- A graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year experience in Payroll & Benefits
- Knowledgeable of payroll preparation and statutory benefits.
- Computer Literate
- Strong attention to details.
- Willing to be assigned in Binugao, Toril Davao City
