Job Description
- Assisted with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provided clerical and administrative support to the HR department
- Helped facilitate recruitment processes such as scheduling interviews and collecting requirements
- Maintained employee records (soft and hard copies) and updated databases
- Assisted in the preparation and issuance of contracts, certifications, and HR-related memos
- Supported onboarding of new employees and orientation sessions
- Acted as point-of-contact for inquiries from staff regarding HR policies and processes
- Ensured proper filing and documentation of HR-related forms and correspondences
Willing to work onsite at Sumulong Highway Antipolo City.
