KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and update employee compensation records and benefits enrollment
- Handle government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR compliance
- Coordinate with external providers (HMOs, insurance, etc.) and government agencies
- Assist in audits and reporting related to compensation and benefits
- Address employee concerns and inquiries related to payroll and benefits
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of HR records
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or payroll/benefits administration preferred (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Knowledge of labor laws and government-mandated benefits
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy, discreet, and professional

Mon - Fri 08:00am to 04:00pm
Sat 08:00am - 12:00nn

Pay: Php13,200.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
