- Sourcing Candidates:Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

- Candidate Management:Maintaining communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the overall candidate experience.
- Onboarding:Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the company culture.
- Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
- Reporting:Generating reports on recruitment metrics and providing updates to the HR team.
- Other Tasks:Assisting with other HR-related duties as needed, such as benefits administration, employee relations, and HRIS management.
