- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Economic or any equivalent. Preferably with Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong and effective communications in writing business presentation, and interpersonal communication.
- Must have a strong experience in a flexible, employee empowering working environment.
- Must have a strong experience in Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits and Employee relations.
- Able to set – up the HR policies and processes.
- Must be people – oriented and detailed- oriented.
- Able to work to different levels of the organization including the management.
- Must be willing to work in La Union.
