Job Description:
1. Creates correspondence, memoranda, reports, and documents, as well as compiles relevant information.
2. Receives, monitors, and releases incoming and outgoing documents for signing and approval of the Chief Human Resources Officer.
3. Handles and facilitates approval of relevant company documents and other transactions.
4. Makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling of work.
5. Monitors and updates HROD Division's manpower, including birthdays and new hires.
6. Arranges meetings and manages the Chief Human Resources Officer's daily calendar.
7. Prepares the venue, materials, and food for meetings.
8. Screens, sorts, distributes, and files information received by telephone, mail, and emails.
9. Maintains files, updates, and creates proper labeling of documents for easy referencing.
10. Compiles reports and materials submitted by HR Departments as needed by the Chief Human Resources Officer.
11. Keeps records and contact information of key people.
12. Maintains confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
13. Provide support to HR departments (Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Operations).
14. Perform any additional relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Ad Hoc
- Provide support in the hospital and engagement events.
Job Qualifications:
- Any 4-year bachelor’s degree (i.e., Office or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years work experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience in handling events is an advantage
- Can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
