- Preferably with Motorcycle and Driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of administrative or HR experience (internships or entry-level HR roles accepted).
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Can start immediately.
