JOB SUMMARY:
An HR Generalist assists the HR team in the preparation, creation, distribution, safekeeping and updating of HR records relating to Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Retention, Talent Relations, HRIS, and other HR related documentations and processes. This covers coordination of HR activities, collection and sorting of data, assisting and communicating with applicants and service providers, facilitating the provision of employee services, the preparation of office forms and assisting the HR Director with daily administrative needs.
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of AB/BS Psychology and or HRDM
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
