Qualifications:
-Graduate of Psychology,Business Human Resource Management, or any related course: Masters Degree in Social Sciences/Business Administration is an advantage.
-With at least five (5) years of work experience as Human Resource Manager; and/or 6 to 10 years as Senior Supervisor
-Adept in Labor Law, and Organizational Development.Responsibilities: - Develop and implements strategies and initiative aligned with the overall Vision,Mission, Values (VMV)
- Formulates and implements polices programs concerning Recruitment and Placement, Training and Development, Employee and Relations , Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Organizational Development (OD).
-Assists the Human Resource Director in preparing Strategies, Planning Workshop and related Programs.
- Ensures the hiring of qualified manpower at the right time. -Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and design training program based on the result of TNA and competency gap.
-Overseas the preparation of documents for Department of Labor and Employment(DOLE) regarding to compliance to Labor Standards and Safety Requirements based on prescribed timelines.
