HR Officer - Generalist

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 2-3 yrs experience in the same role and capacity
• Experience of working in a varied administrative role involving extensive dealing with employees.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth knowledge on Payroll and Compensation and Benefits Administration
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
• To serve as Training Assistant to HR Manager during Trainings
• Experience with Training or Onboarding process, Experience with recruitment is a plus
• Can Handle Labor Relations and other DOLE Transaction related to Employment.
• Other duties as assigned
