Job Summary:
As an HR Specialist - Engagement and Labor Relations, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment through the planning and execution of various welfare activities and events. Your creativity and organizational skills will be key in developing programs that celebrate and recognize employees, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities includes :
- Lead the planning and execution of annual employee welfare activities.
- Prepare and manage budgets for employee welfare activities and hospital events.
- Submit evaluation reports after each event to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Consistently implement quality policies, objectives, and procedures related to employee welfare activities.
Reporting Directly to:
· HR Officer for Engagement and Labor Relations
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in any field - we value creativity and passion over strict academic paths.
· At least two years of experience in events management or employee engagements
· With exceptional design and multimedia skills to bring stories to life through eye-catching graphics and compelling video content
· Proficient in tools like Canva or similar platforms
· A natural communicator and facilitator.
· A collaborative team player with a creative mindset.
