a) Conduct pre-screening and preliminary interview to applicants for driver & helper positions.
b) Attend and coordinate recruitment activities with local government offices on job placement programs.
c) Conduct Background Investigation.
d) Coordinate and schedule with Operations for test drive (driver) & final interview.
e) Conduct orientation to newly hire employees: (Company Rules and Regulation)
f) Encoding of new hire and separated employees to HR- SAP System & Payroll System.
g) Monitor Headcount Report for every Department per branches.
h) Prepare and updating 201 files.
i) Monitor employment status of every employee.
j) Conduct Exit Interview Procedure and prepare Clearance.
k) Provide updated trainings/seminars needed by particular position/Department.
l) Ensures employees undergone on appropriate trainings/seminars.
m) Perform related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
