JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting and coordinating aspects of payroll in conjunction with the Human Resource policies and procedures. He/she will serve as Person-in-Charge for all government-mandated benefits and other internal benefit concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any four-year business course
Experience
- Work experience in timekeeping and processing government mandated benefits.
Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Can work under pressure and minimum supervision
- Team player and informative
- Proactive and can manage priorities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and check loan application submitted by employees for approval
- Process timely payment remittance of all government mandated benefits to offices for all employees
- Collect and process staff reimbursement requests and coordinate with Finance for payment
- Compile and prepare reports and safe keep documents pertaining to timekeeping, payroll/compensation, and benefits
- Perform liaising functions for government compliance and requirements
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards
- Handle other HR–related concerns from time-to-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
