Job Title: Human Resource Coordinator
Location: Remote - Philippines
Job Summary
The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes for all clients. This role administers Human Resource functions, supporting the HR Project Managers and Operations Managers. This position completes Human Resource projects and tasks, ensuring federal and state regulations are followed. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including handbook creation, compensation analysis, creation of job descriptions and other HR Admin tasks as needed.
Job Duties
- Interview clients and complete Handbook draft. Work with HRPM to complete Handbook.
- Perform customer service functions by answering client and client employee requests and questions.
- Work with clients and HRPMs to complete job descriptions and compensation analysis.
- Complete forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, conducts I-9 audits, and maintains I-9 files.
- Reconcile benefits statements.
- Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs.
- Assist with submitting census information to vendors.
- Assist with recruitment and interview process. Track status of candidates in HRIS and respond with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
- Work with Operations Manager and HRPMs to schedule meetings, interviews, and conduct phone screen calls.
- Perform necessary clerical functions.
- Assist or prepare client and employee correspondence as requested.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two (2) years of related experience required.
- SHRM-CP credential preferred.
- Payroll and benefits experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to move up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to participate in video conferences/meetings.
