Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Support payroll and timekeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Administer employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Draft HR documents such as contracts, memos, and letters related to employment actions.
Provide support in employee relations matters by documenting cases and coordinating disciplinary procedures as needed.
Coordinate training sessions, events, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Assist in audits and other HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Solid understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and government-mandated benefits.
Proficient in MS Office and experience using HRIS or timekeeping systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Experience in handling multiple sites or supporting a large workforce is a plus.
Familiarity with employee relations, training facilitation, or HR reporting tools.
