Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and HR administration. You will work closely with the HR team to support daily operations and contribute to projects that help improve our workplace culture and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Provide administrative support for HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Help coordinate training sessions and track attendance or completion.
- Conduct basic research on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Strong understanding in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
