ROLE
Oversee HR functions such as Talent Management/Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training ang Development, Employee and Labor Relations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2. With at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
