Key Responsibilities:
- Manifest shipments accurately and on time
- Prepare and process all import documentation (BL, packing list, invoice, etc.)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal departments
- Ensure all documents are complete and compliant with regulations
- Track and follow up on inbound shipments
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in manifesting (required)
- Knowledgeable in import documentation procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Can work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Familiar with international trade and customs terms is a plus
