Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing of all documents related to imports.
- Collate/Received Pre-Alert advise and import documents (MBL/HBL) from our Agents/Principals for both Sea and Air.
- Create Vessel File/Folder.
- Check correctness of documents MBL/HBL.
- Create our Daily Monitoring Report (DMR).
- Check ETA Details from Shipping Lines/Air Lines, Web tracking, Terminal.
- Prepare Inward Foreign Manifest (encode Inward Foreign Manifest via VASP and check all the details if correct).
- Counter check Inward Foreign Manifest details if correct.
- Monitor Vessel/Aircraft arrival and send Electronic to Mobile (E2M) Inward Foreign Manifest once registered/validated with in the prescribed cut off.
- Send hard copy of Inward Foreign Manifest to Carrier as rider/supplemental manifest.
- Send Arrival Notice/Validated Inward Foreign Manifest to Consignee/Broker.
- Process Import Documents and Issue Delivery Order.
- Print Carriers invoices, check and make request for payment and forward request to Accounting.
Minor Responsibilities:
- Attend emails of concerns on a day-to-day basis.
- AdHoc (as applicable).
- Assist Export task if necessary.
