Position: Inventory Staff
Employment: Project based (6 months)
Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set up: Work Onsite
Work Location: Cebu
Salary: PhP 15,500
Requirements:
- Excellent face-to-face customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years’ experience with face-to-face customer service support and sales.
- 1-2 years’ experience with inventory management and tracking.
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and resolve customers' needs to achieve positive customer experience and first contact resolution through face-to-face interaction.
- Provide exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers building and maintaining effective relationships that foster trust and mutual respect.
- Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Be genuinely excited to help customers by being patient, empathetic and passionately communicative.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
