Key Responsibilities:1. ISO System Implementation & Maintenance
- Implement and maintain ISO standards applicable to the organization.
- Develop and update ISO-related documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms).
- Coordinate with department heads to integrate ISO processes into operational workflows.
2. Internal Auditing
- Plan and conduct regular internal ISO audits across departments.
- Identify non-conformities and areas for improvement; issue audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate external ISO audits and certification processes.
3. Compliance Monitoring
- Monitor compliance with ISO standards, legal regulations, and internal policies.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to ensure conformity to standards.
- Report on system performance to management through regular dashboards and management review meetings.
4. Training & Awareness
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for employees on ISO standards and procedures.
- Promote awareness of ISO requirements and a quality/environmental/security culture across the organization.
5. Documentation Control
- Maintain document control systems to ensure all ISO documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and properly archived.
- Ensure version control, approval, and distribution processes are adhered to.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on audit findings, performance indicators, and feedback.
- Lead or support Kaizen, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action initiatives (CAPA).
- Assist departments in process improvement and risk assessment exercises.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of quality management systems (QMS), EMS, or ISMS as applicable.
- Auditing skills – internal or lead auditor certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a systematic approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document control systems.
