Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support to users via phone, email, chat, and in person.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot operating system and software issues (Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.
- Set up and support video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet).
- Handle new employee onboarding including device setup and system access.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track asset allocation.
- Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2/3 support or external vendors as needed.
- Ensure IT security policies and procedures are followed.
- Document support activities and create knowledge base articles for future reference.
Key Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a Desktop Support or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and general networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, MCSA, ITIL, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php42,000.00 per month
