Desktop Support Engineer
- Responsible in providing end users support by maintaining organization's IT infrastructure.
- Expertise on installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance
- This person will troubleshoot IT problem areas (in person - hands on, by telephone or via remote access) in a timely manner and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance when required
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- Must be open for Project Based Employment Contract 1 year guaranteed RENEWABLE
- At least 1 year of related experience as IT Support
- Can work 5 days a week, 10.5 hours per day
- Willing to work even on weekends, holidays and at any time, he is needed
- Amenable to travel to different sites or locations within Negros
