The IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. This role involves analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technology-related issues while maintaining a high level of customer service. The specialist will handle hardware and software inquiries, document solutions, and work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall IT performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Must be a team player.

- Strong analytical abilities to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.

- Ability to accurately record incidents, changes, and solutions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge bases and IT manuals.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing incidents to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.
- Understanding of IT security principles and practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Ability to work well within a team, collaborating with other IT professionals to address complex issues and share knowledge.
- Flexibility in responding to emergencies and adapting to new technologies, processes, and tools.
- Competence in maintaining and preserving IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory and proper equipment handling.
