Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Operator with Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 or higher) to support our design and drafting projects for Japanese clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and revising technical drawings while ensuring alignment with Japanese standards and effective communication with Japanese stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Interpret and apply project specifications and design changes from Japanese engineers or clients.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with Japanese clients and team members to clarify project requirements and resolve issues.
- Translate technical terms and project-related documents from Japanese to English and vice versa.
- Coordinate with local and Japan-based engineering or architectural teams to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain organized documentation of all CAD files and project updates.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a CAD Operator or Draftsman.
- Language: Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level N3 or higher.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Japanese drawing standards and formats is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Japanese clients or in a Japanese company environment.
- Basic knowledge of building or mechanical systems (depending on industry).
- Ability to read and understand Japanese technical manuals and drawings.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
