JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 1-year of working experience in Sales and customer service.
- Sales driven and customer oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts, highly organized and able to coordinate well with the team members.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn/trained.
- Assigned at Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participates lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, to identify business prospects and create a list of potential customers.
- Selling of products and services of the company.
- Collaborate with relevant/related departments to identify and continuously improve selling methods and shorten selling cycles.
- Sales Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers; Gather information about customers' business products and process, and their transportation challenges.
- Find, Grow and Keep Customers: Seek and identify opportunities to grow the business with customers; lead generation; research and qualify new leads; contact customers to solicit sales.
- Pricing proposal: Prepare a sales proposal to target the needs of customers.
- General Account Management and Services; execute implementation plans with customers; Monitor implementation progress to ensure timelines are met; identify barriers to successful implementation and recommend ways to remove or minimize the barriers; contact customers to find out how well the solutions are meeting their business needs; maintain good relationship with customers.
- Other duties may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
