· Responsible for preparing ingredients prior to meal service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or cleaning seafood
· Assist the head cook in cooking dishes according to set recipes
· Comply with food preparation standard practices and procedures
· Assist in keeping the kitchen clean and tidy at all times
· Works quickly while paying attention to multiple responsibilities at a time
· Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager
· Other tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to time
